Meet Wayne

Wayne brings an impressive 42 years of experience in the flooring industry, having worked across the United States for some of the most renowned names in the business. He started his journey with Shaw, the largest manufacturer of carpet in the world, and later worked with Masland, a leader in design and color. His vast expertise ensures that Rite Carpet One provides not only the best products but also the most informed guidance for your flooring needs.

 

Our Story

Rite Carpet One was originally opened by Ray and Nancy Milbert, becoming a beloved local flooring destination in Bridgeport, OH. In October 2022, Wayne, with his wife Melissa, proudly took over the business to continue its legacy of excellent service and family-focused values.

At Rite Carpet One, we believe in the power of family. The business is run by Wayne and his wife Melissa, ensuring a personal touch in everything we do. When you work with us, you’re not just a customer – you’re part of the family.
We also have designers on staff who can assist with more elaborate projects like bathroom and kitchen remodels. When it's time to install the product in your home, our service and delivery department will apply a white glove approach to ensure you love your new floor.
